Totally redid my blog and finally, thank goodness, changed up my favorite songs of the week!
I've decided that I'm ready for all of this to be over and I want to go to NYC and I want my own record company or something. I want to be involved in music. So I think writing for the Rolling Stone might be pretty freakin awesome! I really don't know what I want to do, just because I have a major doesn't mean I know what I want to do. haha. All I know is that I need to make some mix cds for my Aunt, as that is her Christmas Present. I always want to call them Mix Tapes, I always have to correct myself haha!
I've also decided to redo my blog so I have more about music like cds coming out and the like. Just adding to it, it is needing more substance. I'm also doing Playlist of the week like "Best Movie Anthems" or "Songs You Were Possibly Conceived to". Stuff like that, because its only funny to have that type of playlist for Valentines Day.
This is Day One, with Finals Playlist, songs to Jam and chillax too.
1. Shut Us Down- Lindsay Buckingham
2. String Quartet in C Sharp- Michael Kamen (Instrumental to relax sore brain cells)
3. Black Star- Eliza Lumely (Very Jazzy)
4. Main Street- Gene Kelly (Reminds me of Home)
5. Here Comes the Sun- The Beatles
6. Let It Be- The Beatles (My favorite Song...ever)
7. Entire Pride and Prejudice Album
8. Entire Band of Brothers Album
9. Speed of Sound- Chris Brown
10. Moonlight Serenade- Glenn Miller
Here you go, music to get you through.
The trouble with real life is that there's no danger music.
- Jim Carrey from "The Cable Guy"
Music was my refuge. I could crawl into the space between the notes and curl my back to loneliness.
